This dish is such a great appetizer and it is so quick and easy to make, but best of all it is absolutely delicious. The combination of sweet & salty and creamy & crispy is sure to be a hit!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Naan Flatbread (or make your own!)

  • 1-2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1-2 slices of Proscuitto, chopped

  • 3 oz of Burrata Cheese, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Shelled & Roasted Pistachios

  • Balsamic Glaze (to taste)

  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

  • Alternate option: Arugula or fresh herbs

RECIPE:

  1. Preheat oven & baking sheet to 400' F. If you preheat the baking sheet with the oven it will help crisp up the flatbread later!

  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes then remove from oven.

  3. In a pan, crisp up your prosciutto (or leave uncooked as it will cook a little in the oven)

  4. Top flatbread with sliced burrata cheese and prosciutto and return to oven and bake for an additional 7-8 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and top with pistachios (pressing lightly into the melted cheese).

  6. Top with red pepper flakes or arugula or fresh herbs of your choosing.

  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, slice, and enjoy!
